Our journey began primarily procuring and importing tiles directly from China distribute those product to local stores. Our Founder Mr. Jimmy Chin Lee Pheng founded CM Supreme Ceramics (M) Sdn Bhd in 1999 in search for porcelain tiles and ceramic tiles that can perfectly meet the expectation of customers. It was the first directly imported trading company in procuring the perfect combination of numerous tiles brands that can meet the needs and wants of his customers.
What makes CM Supreme Ceramics different is our ability to directly import products cuting cost in every stage and able to give the best price for our customer. Our success has always been to built on innovative products, exceptional customer service, and passionate team members who put our customers first. We are committed to our guiding principles to creating an environment of teamwork and trust throught out conducting our business in the most ethical manner and involving team members at all levels implementing process management practices making constant improvements in quality, cost and time.
Now, throughout the years in dealing with numerous local manufacturers and overseas manufacturers, CM Supreme Ceramics (M) Sdn Bhd is in a better position to advise and identify the strengths and weaknesses of each product, thus continue the legacy of leading wall & floor tiles and continuously perfecting the choice of our customers.
CM Supreme Ceramics (M) Sdn Bhd was founded by our managing director Mr. Jimmy Chin Lee Pheng in 1999 as a private limited company specialized in distribution and trading of natural stones and imported tiles from China. Our factory is located in Sungai Buloh with ½ acre of warehouse and factory facilities. CM Supreme started as an importer and distributor of natural stones, ceramic tiles, homogeneous tiles and porcelain tiles to tile dealers throughout West Malaysia. Over the years with our philosophy to provide the best quality controlled tiles with reasonable pricing as well as our best customer service, we are proud to be associated with some of the prestigious housing and commercial projects.
In order to cater different needs and preferences of our customers, we import a wide range of tiles in terms of designs, sizing and colours. Series of porcelain tiles that were commonly sought after are soluble salt series, crystal stone series, black and white series, double loading series, micro diamond series, as well as matt and semi polished finished porcelain tiles that comes in different sizes such as 300×300, 300×600, 600×600, 800×800, 1000×1000 and 1200×1200. Custom made tiles in various sizes and cutting services such as full cuts/groove lines/mosaic cut effects also available to meet customers’ specific demands.

EXPERIENCE
We have over 10 years of experience in the tiles industry. The experiences that we gained enable us to have vast experience in overall business operation from product proposals to delivery of products and after sales service. Hence minimizing work redundancy and frustration to our valued customers. Adding to the above, we also provide our valued customers up to date information on these imported tiles and most important, our prompt service to our valued customers.
DELIVERY PERIOD
With proper delivery schedule on hand, we would normally placed our orders two months’ notice in advance to our China counterparts, in anticipation of any unexpected events such as product shortage, shipping delay, custom problems, etc. Early stock arrival will be kept at our warehouse and will be delivered according to customer’s delivery schedules.
PRODUCT QUALITY
Sirim Qas International – an international quality accreditation company was hired to conduct annual surveillance inspection on our manufacturers from China to ensure all our tiles comply to MS ISO 13006:2003 standard. (Please refer to our Test Reports as per attachment). The chinese government also conduct yearly standard inspection at their factories and we have made a point to check on their standard results from time to time. An agent has been assigned to conduct the QC (quality check) of the tile before loading from china and upon arrival, we will conduct second random checking to ensure top quality of the tiles. With this stringent checking system, the tiles were delivered with no hassles or complaints from our satisfied customers.
